2 packages of Pillsbury refrigerated Crescent Rolls
2 packages of Philly Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 stick of butter, melted
Brown Sugar and Cinammon
Preheat oven to 350.
In an ungreased 9x13 casserole dish, unroll one package
of crescent rolls. Press seams together to make flat "crust".
In a mixer, mix together the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar,
and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture over the flattened
rolls in the dish.
Unroll the second package of rolls, press seams together,
and place on top of the cream cheese mixture.
(It helps to first unroll the rolls out on waxed paper, then=20
transfer them to the dish).
Pour the melted butter over the top.
***VERY LIBERALLY*** sprinkle (maybe I should say glob?) with brown =
Very Generously sprinkle cinammon on top of the brown sugar.
(I've never measured, but I'd *GUESS* a minimum of 1 cup
brown sugar and several teaspoons of cinammon)
Bake for 30 minutes.=20
Cool briefly and then refrigerate before cutting into squares.
May be served chilled or at room temperature but be sure to keep =
when not being served.
Looks pretty if cut up into squares & served in foil muffin cups.
