Shoepeg Corn Salad


1 lb. Can Shoepeg Corn

1 lb. Can Small Peas

1 lb. Can French Green Beans

1 small jar Pimento

1 Medium Onion

1 Green Pepper

1 C. Sugar

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Pepper

1/2 C. Salad Oil

3/4 C. Vinegar


Drain corn, peas and green beans. Chop pimento, onion and green pepper. Mix all ingredients together. Make several days ahead. This salad will keep for weeks.
