Pumpkin Squares

2 C Sugar

1 C Marg. or Butter

2 C canned Pumpkin

4 Eggs

2 C Flour

2 tsp Baking Soda

2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice*

1/2 tsp Salt


* Ginger, Nutmeg & Cinnamon


Frosting:

3oz. Cream Cheese

1 Stick marg. or Butter

2 C Powdered Sugar

1 tsp Vanilla


Stir together first 4 ingredients until well mixed.

Add Flour, Baking Soda, Spices & Salt.


Greas a jelly roll pan, or cookie sheet. Spread mix in pan.


Bake at 350F for 20 min (35 min in cookie sheet)


Frosting:

Mix ingredients together.

Ice when cool.


Recipe can be cut in half and baked in a 9 x 13 pan.
