Corned Beef Salad

1 pkg Lemon Jello

1 C Hot Water

Mix together Jello and hot water and let cool.

3/4 C Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)

1 C Sour Cream

3 Hard Boiled Eggs

1 small Onion, chopped or minced

1 small Green Pepper

1 can Corned Beef, crumbled

1 tsp. Horseradish

Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add to the cool jello.

Place in a 9x13 pan and refrigerate. Use a 9x9 pan if you want it thicker.

Remove to a wire rack to cool.


Combine the glaze ingredients.

drizzle over the cooled cookies.

Yields 5 dozen.
