Carrot-Raisin-Pineapple Salad


10 Medium Carrots Peeled and Shredded

1 8.5oz can Crushed Pineapple

1/2 C White Raisins

2 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice

1/2 C Mayonnaise ( or Miracle Whip)


1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.

Refrigerate, covered, for 2-3 hrs.

2. Stir before serving.
