- IKC’s Meet the Breed: Whippets….Sunday February 24, 2013. Club member Nancy F., her Daughter-in-Law Elena and Joe H. attended the IKC’s Meet the Breed event bringing Bartlett (Bartie), Fence, and Foil. Our GCWC Whippet “Ambassadors” met and were petted by over 100 folks. More?
- Race Dates….The 2013 GCWC race dates are now known…June 15, 16, and September 22, 23. Check out the Calendar Page for details (and for the upcoming practice dates, and GCWC meeting dates for 2013).

- Annual Meeting – Holiday Brunch held on December 2, 2012. Well, you missed it! You missed the best meeting of the year! Once again, Mack’s Golden Pheasant, Elmhurst, IL hosted us with outstanding food – OMG, the chicken dumpling soup is soooo tasty, and great conversation. You just have to come out for this next year…you will not regret it.
